What this notice covers
This notice describes the limited information handling associated with the public CaseAxis website and pre-launch demo/design-partner communications. It is not a customer data processing agreement and does not authorize use of real customer AML data in CaseAxis.
Website data
This initial website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers, account sign-up, or web forms. It does not require cookies for normal browsing.
Information you choose to send
If you email CaseAxis, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, business contact details, organization, role, questions, and demo or design-partner interests.
How we use it
We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, arrange a synthetic product demonstration, evaluate potential design-partner fit, handle privacy or security questions, and maintain reasonable records of those communications.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We do not ask you to send real customer AML, KYC, transaction, investigation, credential, or other sensitive regulated data through the public website or by ordinary demo-request email.
Retention and service providers
Business communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Basic infrastructure and email providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can ask a privacy question, request correction of information you sent, or request deletion where appropriate by emailing hello@getcaseaxis.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.
Customer data
Any future handling of customer production data will require a separately approved deployment, security/privacy review, contractual terms, and customer-specific data handling requirements. This public notice does not replace those controls.
